I started making pictures at age 10 while we were living in Pakistan for two years. It has become a life long hobby. I particularly like street photography and all its variations. Shooting on city streets, rural areas, inside and outside markets, museums, etc. I used a darkroom since highschool, until switching to digital photography and Lightroom 10 years ago. My most influential book has been " The Family of Man ". I love photo workshops where one is immersed in photography.  My "day job" was in family medicine and emergency medicine, which I retired from in 2018 after 40+ years. I could not have set up this web site without the help of my son Chris, who passed away in February 2019.
